Our venue coordination services are designed to alleviate your lead-in on-day operations, but we will be with you every step of the way. We’ll help ensure you’re all ready as the big day approaches and then ensure a smooth transition to our on-day coordination team. Think of us as your own personal venue delivery team in the month leading into the event, and the event day itself - saving you the time, expense and stress of having a full time team to manage.

Representing the venue as the venue coordinator for your event
Presence on the day as vendors arrive up until the conclusion
Support with navigating and adapting to the day as it unfolds

Notes

In this case, your venue will lead the enquiry and conversion into a booking, confirming all immediate requirements and planning with the client
Hand over to us 1 month out to finalise detail and represent your venue on the day of delivery
