Polly
Venue and On the day coordination
Polly in an incredible planner and has a complete passion for planning. One of her proudest moments was delivering the medal ceremonies program for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games - it’s actually where Nat met Polly.
Polly loves the vibe of our team, everyone is so happy and willing to do whatever it takes. She’s motivated by the rush of bringing everyone’s planning and dreams to life for their special day.
If Polly could master one skill what would it be? She’d love to speak Japanese fluently.
What’s on her bucket list? To one day visit the Northern Lights.
If she could have dinner with a celebrity, who would be her pick? Lewis Hamilton!
One of Nat’s favourite memories of Polly: The moment when Polly asked Nat to help coordinate her own wedding day. Complete highlight and getting all 80 of the sparklers lit in seconds was epic!
Claudia
Venue and On the day coordination
Claudia is motivated by creating unforgettable moments for couples on one of the happiest days of their lives. Seeing their vision come to life and witnessing their joy makes it all worthwhile. Weddings are such a massive milestone in couple’s lives and to be apart of making their day perfect is so rewarding.
Claudia thinks the Under the Arbour team is truly something special. From day one, I was warmly welcomed, and that sense of belonging has only grown. The genuine support we have for one another makes every challenge feel achievable, and every success even more rewarding. What I love most is how we collaborate so passionately, bringing together different ideas. It’s such a privilege to work with a team that shares the same dedication to excellence and the same love for turning couples wedding dreams into reality.
If Claudia could instantly master one skill what would it be? Flawless calligraphy— I’d love to personally create stunning signage for the weddings.
One of Nat’s favourite memories of Claudia: Watching her coordinate her first wedding. It was such a thrill to see her live out her passion and absolutely nail her role. All of our couples love Claudia and it’s a true testament to the beautiful planner she has become.
Trent
Venue and On the day coordination
Trent runs a warehouse so he’s an absolute legend when it comes to logistics and coordination. He has an eye for detail and the most incredible work ethic. An incredible runner - Nat and Trent were running buddies and often hung out at their 4:45am track sessions.
Trent loves Under the Arbour’s genuine passion. He has to admit that having everything go to plan with smiles on faces is intoxicating.
If Trent could instantly master one skill what would it be? Piano. To be the guy to waltz up to a piano and rip out a request would be amazing.
Trent’s guilty pleasure snack? Ice cream, any flavour, anytime of day.
One of Nat’s favourite memories of Trent: Watching Trent complete a 24 hour running challenge 2 years in a row. Nat also remembers going into labour mid Trent’s birthday lunch. Sorry Trent!
Sophie
Venue and On the day coordination
One of the best pieces of advice Soph has ever received was: “Focus on what you can control, and let go of the rest.” It sounds so simple, but it’s a game-changer! So often, we can get caught up in worrying about things beyond our control - whether that be outcomes we can't predict or circumstances that are out of our hands. This advice helped me learn to focus my energy on what I can do - my effort, my mindset, my choices - and trust that everything else will unfold as it’s meant to.
Sophie loves the way that the Under the Arbour team’s personalities and perspectives come together to create something stronger than what any one person could have accomplished alone. We all get along so well, we are always there to support one another and we just have so much fun.
What’s on Sophie’s bucket list? She would love to run a marathon one day! Well, Nat thinks this is awesome!
One of Nat’s favourite memories of Soph: Watching Soph complete her final assessment as part of her course work. She delivered the most incredible opener to all of her guests and Nat was so incredibly proud of her.
Matt
Industry Services
Matt’s degree is film and media, and heading up a commercial division for the Commonwealth Games has been a beautiful addition to Under the Arbour.
His detail and knowledge towards brand and marketing is why he is extremely sort after and much loved by our industry.
Matt loves giving our clients a fresh approach to thrive by focusing on what they do best and helping elevate the opportunities.
If Matt could instantly master one skill what would it be? How to keep plants alive. I’ve already got a beginner’s degree in keeping our kids alive, so looking to progress up from there.
Matt’s guilty pleasure snack? A packet of hob knobs and ferrero rocher!
One of Nat’s favourite memories of Matt: Watching Matt get 6 ping pong balls out of a tissue box, twerking on New Years Eve. It was honestly a moment that had me in tears of pure joy.
